okay I need an online job, and theres countless empoyers looking for people that does SEO

ive been at this or 5 months, but I still dont get how it works.
ive been searching it, and all I get are introductions and how queries go to googles indexes etc. blah blah

then the next thing you know, theyll let you buy their ebooks about SEO master etc..


the question is, once I get the job being a search engine optimizer, what should I do?
